Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

2. Legal basis

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection" No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the healthcare field.

3. Processing purposes

• contacting visitors who submitted a request through the site form (callback, selecting specialist and appointment time);
• providing medical services, maintaining medical records;
• booking notifications, appointment reminders, delivery of test results;
• internal service quality analytics;
• compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. What data we collect

• Full name, phone number, selected service and preferred time — from the booking form;
• e-mail, date of birth — at the appointment;
• medical data — only as part of medical services and with the patient\u2019s separate consent;
• IP address, User-Agent, cookie data — to ensure the site functions.

5. Disclosure to third parties

The Clinic does not share personal data with third parties without the data subject\u2019s consent, except as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Technical contractors (hosting, CRM, SMS services) process data solely on the Clinic\u2019s behalf and under confidentiality agreements.

6. Retention periods

Data from the site form is kept for no more than 1 year from the date of submission if the request does not convert into an appointment. Medical records are retained for periods set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. Data subject rights

• receive information about the fact and conditions of processing of their data;
• demand the modification, blocking or destruction of data if it is inaccurate or collected unlawfully;
• withdraw consent to processing at any time by contacting the Clinic;
• file a complaint with the authorized personal data protection body of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. Data protection

The Clinic applies organizational and technical protection measures: encryption of communication channels (HTTPS), least-privilege access restriction for staff, access logging, and backups.

9. Policy changes

The Clinic reserves the right to update this Policy. The current version is always available at jazyl-clinic.kz/en/privacy.html.
